Warranty STATEMENT

Each computer we send out is tested thoroughly before it leaves our hands.  It usually takes about 24-48 hours to test each system.  Some tests we do include extensive hard drive tests (which test each part of the hard drive multiple times and can take up to twelve hours to complete) and other manual system reviews.  Further, we install a fresh operating system on each computer that includes office productivity software and antivirus!  We are so certain that you will love your computer that we offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee in two ways:

* Pre Shipping Cancellations - If you change your mind on your order BEFORE we have shipped your computer, simply call us and you will receive a full refund on your system & shipping minus any transaction fees that were incurred.

* 7 Day Guarantee - If you receive your computer and change your mind on your order, simple ship it back to us and you will receive a full refund on your system minus the shipping fee and a 10% restocking fee.
 

Warranty
All equipment purchased through Arizona Computer OUTLETS has been tested by our technicians thoroughly before it is shipped.  Every effort is made to ensure that your products are reliable both during our warranty period and beyond.  We offer a full 30 day warranty on all of our equipment:  

  • Warranty provides coverage on all hardware, parts and labor associated with your equipment.  Any part or component that is found to be faulty will be either repaired or replaced.
  • Arizona Computer OUTLETS reserves the right to replace the equipment with something of equal, similar or greater value.
  • Notebook batteries have been tested to "hold a charge" - this means that they can be charged and will run the computer without the AC adapter.  However, we cannot guarantee how long your battery will run as this depends on the way the computer is used (playing a DVD drains more batteries than being in standby mode).  Therefore, the duration of a notebook battery is not covered under the warranty and cannot be returned or exchanged. 
  • Physically opening any component or breaking the warranty tags voids the customer warranty.
  • Arizona Computer OUTLETS shall not be held liable for any damages resulting from the use or misuse of any product.
  • Our warranty does not cover software or software problems such as viruses, spyware, scareware or software installation.    

Returns / Repairs
If it is necessary to return a product to Arizona Computer OUTLETS please call to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 30 days of receiving your computer and instructions on how to return the item to us.  Your RMA number will be good for 14 days only and we must receive your product during that period.  Please make sure to write your RMA number on the OUTSIDE of your package and include a copy of the packing slip or invoice.

Customers pay shipping to return the item to Arizona Computer OUTLETS.  Once the item has been repaired or replaced we will then pay to ship the system back to you, the customer.

Before you return any item to Arizona Computer OUTLETS make sure to SAVE ALL DATA that you want to keep.  Making a copy for yourself BEFORE you ship the machine is the best way to be confident that your data will not be lost.  We cannot guarantee customer data during a repair, nor do we guarantee shipping.  Items sent to Arizona Computer OUTLETS must be insured before they are returned.
