Last week, one of your mobile service techs worked on our two computers, addressing a litany of issues we had.  He was courteous, professional and adept.  He suggested solutions and options I hadn't even considered; things that would make things run even more smoothly than the ideas I had.  In approximately an hour he had corrected a printing issue on Joe's email, networked our computers making sure Joe's access to my folders was limited, connected my two printers, checked the external hard drive, allowed access to my computer of one of Joe's McAffee licenses for virus protection, removed the annoying yellow messages that popped up on initial boot and loaded a different defrag onto my computer.  And he did so cheerfully, without complaint.  I was very impressed... It is so rare to find someone with good customer relation skills that can also do the job they were hired for.
